Our designs reflect the creativity and expertise that an architect brings to the design process, an engineer’s expertise in how each home works as a “system” and our more than 39 years of home building experience. Working together, we’ll produce a home that perfectly blends form and function to meet your lifestyle needs and your budget.
Our design process is open and collaborative; you have full visibility of construction costs beginning early in the design process so you can make informed choices about everything that goes into your custom home. Our use of computer-aided design software enables us to efficiently translate your vision of “home” into a detailed set of construction plans. Design typically represents less than 3% of the total project cost. We can work with you starting with a stock plan you’ve purchased from a plan service, one of our proprietary Signature Homes model plans or a clean sheet of paper.
