Charles Ross Homes is an award-winning designer and builder of custom homes in the Williamsburg, Virginia area.   Since 1983 we have been designing and building homes in Williamsburg neighborhoods including Ford’s Colony, The Governor’s Land at Two Rivers, Kingsmill, Yorkshire, Tettington Plantation, Greensprings Plantation, and Stonehouse.  We are honored to have been selected by the developers of Williamsburg's newest communities, Liberty Ridge, and River's Bend at Uncle's Neck as preferred builders in their communities.   

We combine our team's expertise in residential architecture, engineering, green building  and construction to create homes that are a pleasure to look at and to live in.  We have experience designing, building, and remodeling homes from 1,900 square feet to more than 11,500 square feet of living area in a variety of architectural styles.   

We also have a limited number of pre-built model homes available for purchase and have lots available in some Williamsburg area communities.
